Go Fresh – Day 2 – Pulled Chicken Burgers with Tangy Slaw and Chips๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฅ•๐ŸŒถ

Todays meal was one of my absolute favourites and I couldn’t wait to cook it… pulled chicken burgers – YUM!

The ingredients were in their bag and the recipe card was there to follow the easy instructions.

The nurtional value again was all laid out on the card, as was the prep time.

This meal was 40 Minutes and 900 calories – the most of the week.

First of all I made the BBQ Sauce and then added the chicken to cook.

I then cut and seasoned the potatoes to cook

Then the slaw…

Once the Chicken was cooked I then shredded it and added it back to the sauce.

The final result…

It was absolutely gorgeous… homemade BBQ sauce was just unbelievable. I cannot believe I re-created one of my favourite restaurant dishes so easily and tasted just as good!

Day 2 = Even bigger success!
